Introducing BAD. A bold new range of elegant signage and wayfinding design collections.
Rezonant works widely with architectural firms to design and develop wayfindng systems for large spaces like hospitals, tech parks, residential and office campuses.
Most often, the client does not have a very specific needs (unless projects for highly thematic spaces like museums) and often likes to be presented with options that work well with the space.
Based on this observations, Rezonant put together an e-commerce model for signages where clients could easily customize the colors and information as per their liking. Shopify was used to take this to take the whole range of signage online.
The signage design had to be first and foremost scalable so that it adapted to the multiple use cases of the given space.
It should be able to scale internally as well.
The materials for external signage should be such that they can tolerate extreme changes in temperatures and hold for a good 7-9 years with minimum maintenance.
We designed a range of 6 signage families.
Viral Signage
Safety is important in a COVID-19 world. However, messaging that is loud and instructional can be counter-productive, especially if one has to see it everyday. With ‘Viral Signage’ we created COVID signage for offices that communicate effective safety measures for people in a workspace, but in a manner that is humorous and light-hearted. Companies can now emphasize on safety with designer signage that is not only easy on the eyes but also doubly effective.
The form and material was taken into consideration for scalability and inexpensive manufacturing.

These almost off-the-shelf signage model was turned out to be very lucrative for the clients. We installed these signages at Karle Tech Park and Exxon Mobil offices in Bengaluru.
